Gel and CrosgelI have to thank a recent customer for throwing a piece of gel my way when he gave me a seat to do. He said "use it if you can". I knew from past experience that the best place for it was at the bottom of the padding were it would not create any heat problems and could be used to replace extra foam that would add unwanted height. What surprised me was that the increase in comfort was definite. I had been given just enough for the pillion and had used my standard techniques for both the pillion and saddle except for the gel in the rear. When testing the saddle I could notice a marked difference between front and rear. Remember that this just the icing on the cake and like wallpaper it will not hide any lumps! Price is going to run about $150 CDN We now carry "CrossGel" for occasions where we can build a comfortable seat top down as opposed to pan up. http://www.crossgel.com/
